Jackie Orioncat ○ Vlogger Extraordinaire

Vloggers are a dime a dozen. The number of good vloggers are common. Vloggers that have the ability to completely connect with an audience and hold their attention for a long time? Rare. 

In the abundance of mass voices that are more than willing to give their opinions, there are few who are able to do so with finesse and poise, especially within the Twilight community. Mostly, vlogs involve tween girls squealing and rubbing their filthy hands all over their new Taylor Lautner poster or stroking the case of their brand new Twilight or New Moon DVD.

Where is the entertainment in that... aside from laughing at the poor person on your computer screen?

None. 

Enter Jackie Orioncat. If you have not heard of this name then you have been missing out.

She is the vlogger that has brought this community such vlogs as 'New Moon Monday' and more recently, 'Eclipse Wednesday' (which will be aired until the opening of Eclipse on June 30th, 2010).  She has no problem with stating her opinions on CAFS (Crazy-ass Fangirls, a term which she spawned), or the ridiculous Twilight products that have been placed for our consumption. New Moon Burger King, anyone? 

During her 'New Moon Monday' run, she brought us updates in the form of movie stills, products, magazine articles, cast interviews, etc., and is now doing the same for 'Eclipse Wednesday'.

While you can obtain all of this information from websites such as EclipseMovie.Org, why would you want to when it can be delivered to you in a pretty package tied with a bow of snark?

So, here are the questions.

What makes this vlogger so special?

It's not just about fandom updates or the humor that she brings. Jackie has a way of digging into your heart when she encompasses your into her life. She invites you to share her world with her, and is self-less when it comes to other vidders.

There is no telling what is to come from Jackie with the exception of 'Eclipse Wednesday', but in the past, she's brought us vids like:

Not only is Jackie humorous and thoughtful, but she’s also a talented visual artist that has started to dabble her fingers in the paint that is Sony Vegas. She has created wonderful videos to kick-ass songs. She has a way of finding the perfect music to relate to the images she is feeding.
